im in ontario canada a have been charged with criminal harrassment,i have a witness that i did not instigate this,im wondering what will happen in court if i lose what i could face thk you

Although it may not result in jail time, this is a serious charge that has substantial consequences. One witness will not alter a case that is otherwise strong.
