I would review the disclosure. Make sure it's complete. You may wish to access police radio communications and other information that will not be provided unless you specifically request it. See if police violated your constitutional rights and whether there is evidence to prove all of the charges. Unless you can persuade the prosecutor to drop all the charges, I would set a trial date and do my negotiating then or run the trial.
