Intimidation
If you deliberately put one item in a box to deliberately pay less and get caught by the store's security person. Can he tell you you are suspects under arrests, read you your rights and threaten you with criminal charges, but at the same time you also get civil charges which is an amount of 325.00 for the person who did the changes and the other person who was shopping with you.
