Legal Question in Criminal Law in Canada
legal drinking age in Canada
I have searched on the internet for the most current Act regarding the legal drinking age in Canada, but I can't find anything. I need to know what the act is called, and where I can find a full original copy of the document. It is for a school project, and urgent.

Re: legal drinking age in Canada (ONTARIO)
Drinking age is a matter of provincial law, not federal. In Ontario, the drinking age is 19. See s. 30 of the Liquor Licence Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. L.19 http://www.canlii.org/on/laws/sta/l-19/index.html
