Is stealing password of email adress a crime?
Can emails be evidence to sue? Can I sue the person who asked someone to steal my passwords of my email adress? How can I sue if the stealer stole in his country but is now in another country?

Yes, emails can be used as evidence in China.

If you have enough evidence that the person steal your passwords.
How can I sue if the stealer stole in his country but is now in another country?
Wwith the evidence, you can sue the stealer in the country where he lived or the accident happened. But what happens on your loss?
