Legal Question in Criminal Law in Canada
Transfering criminal charges to a different province.
I have 3 criminal charges in Peterbourgh Ont.I am moving in 3 day's to the province of Calgary Alb.I want to know if i can have my charges transford to there to be delt with.

yes you can transfer; Crown will have to approve first; this requires agreement to plead guilty may also require agreement to accept a particular sentence
