visiting canada
if going to niagra falls and wanting to go to the canadian side if i have a dui conviction will they not allow me to cross?

Hello. There is certainly a lot more
scrutiny of people crossing into and
out of Canada since 9/11. If the border patrol catches the DUI on your records, in my opinion, there is a 50/50 chance you could be turned away and not allowed to enter Canada. Will be happy to discuss this with you further.
