ARD Passport

I have successfully completed the ARD program and had my DUI expunged in the state of PA. I am planning a weekend trip to Canada to Niagra Falls, will this ARD affect my entering Canada?

No, your prior DUI should not have any effect on your entering Canada. Since you have successfully completed the ARD program and have had your record expunged, there should be nothing on your record that would cause any concern.
