Legal Question in Family Law in Canada
Alienation of Affection: Alberta
What is the current law in Alberta in regards to Alienation of Affection?
My specific situation is that I am currently dating a man who is separated from his wife. We did not meet until after the separation, however his wife believes that I am the reason for him leaving her. Do I have any reason to be concerned that she could attempt to sue?
