Legal Question in Family Law in Canada

Assignment court striked

I appeared in assignment court this morning as the applicant of a motion to vary on spousal and child support. I asked the judge if we could set a new assignment date (30 days?) as a motion to question that I had worked on with the Flic lawyer was misunderstood and filed to late. I told the judge this missed motion was crucial. My concern is the judge said she has ''striked me from the list'' which I dont understand what it means or what I now have to do. Thanks in advance. I do need a lawyer.

Re: Assignment court striked

This question was previously rejected. British Columbia has no court known as "assignment court" nor do we have any idea what a a "Flic lawyer" may be. That is why this question was rejected. You must give your city, province and postal code to have your question directed properly.
