My boyfriend lost his drivers license in Alberta for not paying child support. Would he be able to get one here as he cannot work without it

Likely not as the Provinces have reciprocal agreements concerning such things; it is better if he comes to an agreement to pay the current child support (and arrears over time). He can apply fro a driver's licence and see what happens. He can also apply to a court for an order to pay the child support on a schedule the court determines and then gethis licence back.
