Re: canadian seperation agreement

This answer applies to British Columbia only. This question is far too complex to be answered in a brief electronic exchange; at the vey least it will involve an examination of the document itself and a great deal more information - for example the questioner has said the document was prepared by a lawyer, but does not say if the lawyer was acting for the person who wishes to challenge the document or the other party, nor does the questioner say whether or not both parties were represented by a lawyer. The questioner, if he or she is serious, must invest in the time required by a lawyer to review all of the circumstances.
