Legal Question in Family Law in Canada

Change in Custody

My daughter(U.S.Citizen)lives in Canada with her mother. I have legal documentation of abuse and parental alienation going on in their house. My daughter wants to come live with me but the ex wife doesn't want to let her come. What can be done in this situation?
