chidren's aid

if children aid is called on you show up verify the house and close the file cause nothing after talking to the kids and looking true everything is fine can u charge afterward the person that called in on you for declimation of character or wrongful accusations?? and i know that by law chidren services cannot give name of who did the report but if u want to charge the person how can u get the name of who did it

An entity known as "Childrens' Aid" is unknown to the law of British Columbia. Questions must relate to B.C. law.
