Legal Question in Family Law in Canada

child custody and relocation

I have sole custody and plan to move to the US to be with my husband. Is notifying my exhusb 60 days prior as ordered in our divorce enough, with a proposal for new access arrangements. Even though I am in BC and he resides in Alberta he hasn't attempted visitation in almost 2 yrs with out 9yr old?
