seeing my children
Court agreement say that I can see my kids every other Christmas and my ex wife won't let me this year , says the kids 11& 13 don't want to see me what if anything can I do

Yes there certainly is something you can do; you can apply for a Court Order to enforce your access. Time to do so is very short, as the Supreme Court of B.C. judges are all off for the holidays except for emergencies.
