seeing my children

Court agreement say that I can see my kids every other Christmas and my ex wife won't let me this year , says the kids 11& 13 don't want to see me what if anything can I do

You have not given your postal code, but as the LawGuru website says to direct queries to us only if you are in British Columbia, we assume that you are. Yes there certainly is something you can do; you can apply for a Court Order to enforce your access. Time to do so is very short, as the Supreme Court of B.C. judges are all off for the holidays except for emergencies.
