Legal Question in Family Law in Canada

There was a Court Order put in place about 10 years ago stating that I am only allowed to see my dad supervised. I am 17, and DO NOT live at home with my mom anymore. I am planning going out of province to see my dad for a week and want to know if that court order is still in affect.

The Cout Order is in force until the Court varies it. Until then you can not see him unsupervised. Please contact a lawyer to assist you in changing the order.
