If i wanted to have a court order to havesome school documents pulled to use in court can i go about this myself.I do have a lawyer however she is limited to what she can do as i am going through legal aid or should i call legal aid and see if they can submit it on my file i have with them.what would u recommend..

You can make the application yourself, but it is quite technical and it could be difficult without a lawyer. The principal rule is Rule 26(11)of the B.C. Supreme Court Rules. Legal Aid will not do it for you; We do not understand why your Legal Aid lawyer can not make the application because you have not provided details on the kind of legal aid referral you have. You should ask your lawyer to ask the Legal Services Society of British Columbia for permission to make the application.
