What if you went to court and the outcome resulted in a verbal agreement for child support, and the Maintenance Enforcement Program won't enforce anything because it's only a verbal agreement?

In British Columbia, if that is all you have done, you have not completed the process. If you have an agreement made orally in Court, you now have to type out the Order that reflects the terms of the agreement, both of you ahve to sign the Order, then you file the Order at the Registry, which will have it signed by the Jude or Registrar and give you a copy. Then you give a copy to the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program.
