Legal Question in Family Law in Canada

Just curious

Was just wondering, I am a 29 year old single mother of 2 and after a six year separation had gone after full custody of both my kids. We are still in court due to probs with access ( mainly because of no contact for 5 of these years)

I am currently looking at relocating due to a job and was wondering if I live in Ontario and wish to move to Alberta

if My exhusband could ''pull'' anything in preventing me to be able to do this? I do have full custody with no stipulations; no joint or anything.
