Custody

my daughter has lived with my parents since she was 6 we never went to court about anything she was just taken away from my parents as she was being molested in the home .Will my parents loose there parental rights to her and IM wondering if I can apply for interm custody untilIm able to get full custody ??

In British Columbia you can certainly apply for custody; whether or not you will be successful depends on many factors that you have not specified here. Some, but not all, are why did your daughter not live with you, who molested her and did you know about it, how long has she lived with your parents, do you have a substance abuse problem, do you have a history of violence, do you live with someone who has a substance abuse problem or history of violence. We assume that the Ministry for Children and Family Development has taken your child away - have you spoken to the worker and what was the response? You should see a lawyer immediately.
