custody

my ex girlfriend wont allow me to see my son. there is no court order or anything saying i cant see my son..can she do that?

She should not do so, but if you want to see your son, you are going to have to get an Order from either the Provincial Court or the Supreme Court of Britsh or the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
