Re: custody

In British Columbia, the law is generally that if you have a custody order and there is a very good reason for you moving out of the Province, then you can get an order allowing you to do so, but it is not generally adviseable to do so without an order permitting it, especially if your husband has an access order and more so if he regularly sees the children. This is an extremely complex area of law, and you must see a lawyer to obtain advice on your specific situation, as the answer to your question is highly dependant on the specifics of you, the children and your husband.
