Legal Question in Family Law in Canada

\getting custody of my son from his mom in the USA

i have a 6 year old son in georgia usa and my landlord sent me some pics of mthe place i was paying rent for and it had garbage and shti in the bathtub and toilet as well and the whole inside of the place looked like a waste dump.My son has my last name and his mom will not let me have no communication with my son at all and i work in the oil industry for the last 4 years making awesome money till i got robbed of everything last may and she also cashed by forgering my name on my checks without my consent while i was up here in Canada.My son was taken by DEFACS in Sumter County because of the place was to small for a family of 5 so i had to move into a bigger place and she now destroyed that as well and i have pics of the place that my son had to live in the last 4 years and his mom told me everything was fine and i been threatened to many times and i own my own property here in canada along with my own house as well.Please i reall do need a response as ASAP....THANK YOU

You must direct this question to a lawyer in Georgia, Not in British Columbia, unless you wish to retan a BC lawyer to co-ordinate the case in Georgia.
