my dad left me and my sister

hi after 26 year a find my dad in b.c. he left home (quebec) 26 year ago he never pay nothing i am wonder if a can do someting to make him pay is due for is child and my mom tanks for your time

Maybe there is something that can be done; you have not given enough information. A great deal will depend on what efforts your mother made to find him and have him pay child support while you were a child. the right to collect any child support, if it can be collected, will be your mother's.
