RE: Dating a doument
I am inquiring about your service, I was recently in court challenging a marriage contract, and lost the case. I am innocent and want to prove it.
Background Information:
I was taken to my ex husbands lawyer�s office two days before the wedding to sign a marriage contract.
No one mentioned to me about independent legal advice. My ex was sitting in the room through out the discussion and signing of the contract.
I challenged the marriage contract in Court . We had a discovery in 2007 and my husband;s lawyer requested that I obtain the file of (marriage Contract) from the other lawyer,
When the file came from the lawyer �s office there were three documents :
1. a draft marriage contract dated April 2001
2. Memo to File dated June 9 th 2001
3. Marriage Contrat dated June 8 2001
Both of these documents were printed from a computer with no writing or signatures. They appear to be different font from the Marriage contract.
Both the draft marriage contract and the memo to file are false documents.
The memo outlined events that never happened.
I strongly believe that these documents were made up a year after the date of the marriage contract and were backdated .

You have not reallly given enough information on which to base an opinion; waht is needied is the Court decision and all of the documents to start.
