how do i get my daughter back

I Sent my daughter to her dads last summer i got a notary letter done saying she has to rturn back to me on sept 3 he will not let me see my daughter until i sighn all my rights to him and i dont want to do thatwhat should i do? then i had a lawyer and she phoned me and told me to sighn my rights over to the dad and i said i am not sighning anything then this lawyer told me if i dont do that then she will not be my lawyer what should i do? i have recored mine and my daughts phone calls and there were beatens involed on the child i let the socail services lisitne to those tapes and they are being sent to ontario he said he will not let me see her until i sighn the documents which i would have to give him my daughter what should i do? my laywer lied to me and said the file has been closed which it was not shes also been contacting the father and giving him imoformation and not me what should i do this letter i got done saying she has to return on sept 3 he said he is not returning her i have been approved by legal aid but no longer have a lawyer can you please give me advise on what to do? thank you. dorothy--name removed--

The information you give is not cohesive nor comprehensive enough for an answer to be provided. You should see a new lawyer immediately. To prepare to see the lawyer, you should prepare a history of the case in point form, in chronological order, with dates for each event; you should gather all of the documents that bear on the case and put them in chronological order. The new lawyer will need all of this in order to advise you properly.
