what does my daughter have to do to have her boyfriends last name removed from her 9 month old daughters birth certicate and sin number

In British Columbia it is extremely unlikely that she can do so; the child is the child of both and like it or not each has equal rights. Further, the child has the right to have the name given to him/her. Also the child has the right to get to know, be raised and supproted by, and have a full relationship with both parents.
