Divorce - who can apply?

If I am living in the US but my spouse is living in Canada (BC) where she has lived all her life, can I apply for divorce in BC without her cooperation?

Yes, so long as one of you resides in British Columbia and has doen so for at least one year. You should contact a B.C. lawyer; you can have the lawyer file for divorce anywhere in B.C. there is a Supreme Court of B.C. Registry (about 93 different locations), not just where she lives.
