if my ex-wife got a settlement for an accident she was in while we were married,am I entitled to any of the settlement?

From the question we presume the settlement was obtained after the divorce and the property issues were dealt with, so the answer is no you can't get part of the settlement anymore than you can get part of a neighbour's or friend's.
