Legal Question in Family Law in Canada
After a divorce, can a woman legally use her exhusbands last name with Mrs. in front? The man is remarried.

If she took his name when thye married, its hers. It was her name while married and remains so after. In B.C. she can use her husband's name with "Mrs", with "Ms" or just plain as in Mrs. Smith, Ms. Smith, Jane Smith.
