Legal Question in Family Law in Canada

My ex and I have been divorced for 11 years. We went through a paralegal, and never had anything about support. About 6 years ago, she demanded support, I started paying. Now she just keeps asking for more. What are my options? There is nothing written down, nothing through the courts about me paying.

In British Columbia, paralegals are not permitted to practice law. If a paralegal did so, they should be reported to the Law Society of BC.
