Legal Question in Family Law in Canada

Estate left to me and accessable at age 25!!!

Hi, to make it short and simple my mother passed away 9 years ago, and in her will she left me her 1/2 of the estate. When my father remarried and sold the house, he gave my mothers half to the executor (my uncle) and placed it in 2 GIC bank investments. Since just recently I obtained a 1 year GIC statement from one of the banks, and it has proven to have missing funds from it, along with him moving the whole account to another province from origional. In the will my mother stated conditions that the funds couldn't be touched till I reach 25 years old. Since I sence my uncle is stealing money from my account I was wondering is it possible to have the account transfered to my name, or if not can it be locked in till 25 but have the executor changed to my aunt. Complicated situation, but I need any help and advice I can get. Thank you!!!

Since you are ot in British Columbia I can nly give yo limited advice. Your Province undoubtedly has a Public Guardian and Trustee or equivalent. You should immediately contact that office to express your concerns and ask for an investigation. You should also contact the Police in your city and or the Ontario Provincial Police fraud investigators and express your concerns and make a complaint. Gather together all of your papers and make the complaints immediately.
