false accusation/child custody issue

my son went to pick up his son today as usual ( has w/e for visitation, although he would only be having him for one day as my son was going away for 3 weeks) when he arrived , my grandsons mother told my son she decided he could not have his son today. my son took his son ( his court appointed w/e to have him ) and left, with the Mom knowing he would be returning him same day. She called OPP and had a child abduction issued. the OPP involved called me and we know each other. I told him this was my sons w/e to have his son, and that he had to go away for 3 weeks and was only having him for the day and that the child's mother was well aware of that. In the end, the OPP Sargent overuled the court order which gives my son everyother w/e plus visitation, and my grandson was taken by OPP and returned to his mother based on untrue accusations made by her to this OPP Sargent whom did not know or spead with my son. My grandson was clearly traumatized, and did not want to go to his Mothers ( he is 6) The officer that took my gs spoke to him alone, and says he has enough info to involve CAS ) abuse in his moms home ). can anything be done about false child abduction accus. and can the Sgt. overule a judge's custody ruling?
