My husband cited adultery as one of the grounds for divorce. The whole process took over five years to be heard. The subject of adultery was never raised during the eharing. Can i sue him for the pain and mental anguish ithas caused me. The divorce was hard on June 23, inst.

In British Columbia, you can not sue for the mental pain & suffering caused by an allegation of adultery in the course of divorce proceedings.
