my right as a father
I recently broke up with my girlfriend who i now hear is pregnant. when i confronted her with this she said that if she was she would never tell me and that i would never see the child. What legal rights do i have regarding finding out if she is indeed pregnant and ensuring that i get to be apart of the childs life?

It is unlikely that any court will find a person has custody in relation to the unborn child or recognize a right to force anyone to disclose if she is pregnant or not against her will.
Custody or access is not a parent's right but a responsibility as a parent for the interest of the child concerned.
Being a part of a child's life as a parent is a responsibility and the decision regarding the responsibility, custody, financial support or access may be made when the child is born and in accordance to the best interest of the child.
