financial statement

in filling out my financial statement in regards to my child custody case, should I include my girlfriends income if we live together?

In British Columbia, the answer is no you do not have to include your girlfriend's income, unless you are claiming hardship and are filling out Part 6 of the Financial Statement; in that case you must provide income details of all persons in your household. This answer applied to BRITISH COLUMBIA ONLY. The Rules of Court concerning disclosure differ from province to province.
