Legal Question in Family Law in Canada

what can i do if my girlfriend is being assaulted by her father and shes went to the authority's and they have just made things worst she is 15 years old and her father hit her, she went to a social worker and she has told her to stay there and if she really wants to move out then she can but he wont let her say anything because shes scared of getting another black eye. my mom has told her she could stay with her and she told the social worker that.
