Legal Question in Family Law in Canada

My Girlfriend is 16 i am 18

my gf is 16 and i am 18 we live in ontario canada she wants to spend the night at my house ,can her mother do anything legally to stop her?because you can move out at the age of 16 without consent here

Of course she can; your girl-friend is not an adult. If she lives with her mother in her mother's house, her mother sets the rules. If your girlfrind does not live by the rules of the house, she can be evicted.
