Legal Question in Family Law in Canada
Good evening,
I am a mother with a daughter, whom I have sole custody of. My daughter's father hasn't been following the court order for quite sometime now. I recently provided him with a copy of the court papers indicating that he should read it. I was informed by my daughter that her father had ripped up the forms. What can happen if legal documents are destroyed?

In British Columbia, you go to the Courthowus and get new copies; the ones you gave him are just copies anyway. You can get as many copies as you want. The real issue is what you do to make him follow the order; please see a lawyer as the possibilities are several.
