Re: joint parental regime

In British Columbia the term "Joint Parental Regime" is unknown. If you share joint custody, or if the court or an agreement has specified that you can not move without consent, then you can not move the child without the Provincial Court of British Columbia or the Supreme Court of British Columbia allowing you to do so. You might secure the agreement of the other party, but to be safe you should ensure that the Corut makes an Order alowing the move with the consent of both of you.
