Can a judge order my boss to serve me with divorce papers?

A Judge can order that you be served substitutionally (that is served in a way other than personally) by serving your boss; there are other ways to serve you substitutionally as well. Technically your boss is not ordered to serve you, because as soon as your boss is served, then you are considered served - your boss is presumed to be a responsible person who will pass the divorce papers on to you. Substitutional service is frequently employed when the person to be served is acting idiotically and making it difficult for him to be served.
