Judges order made mon feb 12/07

the judge Made a ordered base on info: given that day. but there is stuff that should have been said that would have changed the out come of the order can I talk to the judge before the order is sent out. Or can i take the info: on the day of court and add it.

is ther a a Phone # were i can call and talk to some one free if possible.

No, you can not talk to the Judge. In British Columbia, your opportunity to do so was in court. If you failed to say something that you think should have been said, you generally don't get another chance. The Judge decided on the basis of what was before him or her and if you didn't mention something, then you don't have a second chance, except in the rarest of circumstances. As to a phone number, LawGuru will not allow them, but you may call the lawyer referal service of the B.C. Branch of the Csndian Bar Association who will arrange for a very low cost consultaion with a lawyer; you may qualify for legal aid, and to find out you should call the Legal Services Society of B.C. The numbers are found at the back of the "lawyers" section in the Telus Phone book under the title of "Directory of Public legal Services".
