Legal Actions from USA to Canada

I have a Mexican Passpport, lived in the USA only as a permanent resident which I had to resign to in order to obtain a permanent resident status in Canada. Can the US goverment take my passport & drivers license even if I am not in the USA, nor do I have a status there?

Your Canadian passport is the property of the Government of Canada; if the U.S. Government has confiscated it you should report the action to the Canadian passport office immediately. Your question can't be more fully answeered because you have not given enough detail.
