In British Columbia you are lawfully free to make your own decisions as to where you will live when you become an adult on your 19th birthday. Some people younger than 19 do in fact move out and madke thier own way in life, and no one usually does much to stop them, especially if they are over 16, BUT if you still need someone to take care of you, as you say, then you are too young to make such decisions, and unless you are a victim of physical, sexual or mental abuse you should remain at home. If you are a victim of such abuse (from anyone) you should call the childrens' help line at 310-1234 (no area code needed).
