Legal Question in Family Law in Canada

If one lives in Canada as a foreign worker but has divorce proceedings in their home country of Germany is their any way to have a Canadian lawyer working on the divorce case to get it through quicker?

Yes, depending on what needs to be done. Each legal system has procedures that are required and if the delay is due to those, then not much can be done, but if it is due simply to lawyer inactivity, then something can be done. With my clients in Germany, I have gone there to work directly with them, as required.
