how can I take may name off any loans aquired through my marriage when my husband agrres to take over payments when we separate

In British Columbia, the contractual arrangements made between you and your creditors are not affected by separation; if you agreed with an innocent party (a creditor) to be responsible for payment, you remain responsible after separation. Your contract is with the creditor, not your spouse.
