man getting remarried

what if a man is getting remarried and doesn't want his ex using his name anymore?

What if she doesn't want her ex-husband using the name either? It's her name just as much as it is his name, and she is free to keep it. If she gets remarried, her new husband can even take her name (that her ex-husband wants her to give up) if the ex-wife and her new husband want to.
