in the province of saskatchewan canada how long must someone be separated without support until they are considered divorced

You can never be divorced by simply being separated; the issue of support is immaterial. You are not divorced until you start a Court action, proceed through it, and obtain a Court Order for Divorce. Only then are you divorced and you can not remarry until you obtain a Court order for divorce. This is the same in every Province and Territory of Canada.
