If I am legally married in Canada, will my marriage be valid and recognzed in the United States?

Yes but you may have to get it legally recognized, I'm not certain. The simplest thing to do is to get married in both countries; there is no limit to the number of times you can marry the same person, even if you're currently married to them.

Marriages from other countries are recognized in all states. Bring your marriage license and you should not have any problem.
